Kathi Blaine was born and raised in Spokane WA. She and her husband, Park, have two children, and six lovely grandchildren. Gardening, quilting and grandchildren take up most of Kathi’s time when she isn’t working.
Kathi has been involved in bookkeeping and accounting most of her life. She started her accounting career while serving in the Marine Corps, where she was trained in disbursing (Payroll).

After discharge from the military, Kathi, held a number of bookkeeping positions with several country elevators while attending accounting class at Iowa Western Community College. Before she completed her degree she was offered a position as Controller for Farmers Cooperative in Lime Springs, IA. In 1992 Kathi, moved back to the Omaha area for a position as an accounting manager for AGP Grain, Inc. She was in charge of training bookkeepers and maintaining accounting procedures at AGP Grain elevators in IA, MN, ND, MO, OH and IN.

Her position as office manager with Estate Gardeners Inc. fits well with her education, experience and hobbies with a plus of being able to ride her bike to work.
